DEPOSIT POLICY

When you arrive you will be asked to complete a waiver, consenting to the process and confirming you have adhered to the following rules and responsibilities:

    All appointments require a deposit of $200

 

    Deposits are non-refundable and remain with the studio until the final sitting of any on going project.

 

     Less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation will result in forfeit of deposit.

 

    If you are more than 20 minutes late without contact you will forfeit your deposit.

 

     If you reschedule your appointment more than twice you are required to make a new deposit to book back in.

 

     You are required to eat at least 2 hours prior to your session. 

   

    You must not be on antibiotics, or medications that may hinder the outcome of your tattoo. 

   

    You must not be pregnant, or breastfeeding. 

  

   There cannot be scratches, bruises or abrasions to the area you will have tattooed. 

    

    You cannot consume alcohol 24 hours prior to your tattoo session. 

  

    You cannot consume caffeine 12 hours prior to your session. 

  

    You cannot have sun damage to any degree. If you have been over exposed to the sun within the last 30 days, and do not reschedule appropriately, you will forfeit your deposit.  Should you reschedule you will need to put down a new deposit.

 

     You must inform myself or the studio of any current medical conditions that may hinder the process of getting tattooed or healing. If you are unsure if your medical condition applies to this, please inquire with myself or the studio prior to booking.

 

     Changes to tattoo concept, direction, design or placement from that which was discussed at the time of the deposit payment will result in forfeit of the deposit. 

 

    Designs can only be seen in person on the day of the appointment, for copywriter reasons they will not be sent out via email, text, or social media.

 

    We seek to complete all projects in an efficient and timely manner, in order to provide you with the best quality tattoo. You therefore agree to seek to complete all tattoo projects within one year of deposit payment. Deposits are forfeit after 12 months of project discontinuation. 
 

The studio will send out a reminder text one week prior, as well as the day before, your appointment. You must respond to these texts to confirm your booking.
